Goodwood Organic Lamb Mince (500g)

The lamb mince is ideal for a homely shepherd's pie or, as lamb works well for a lot of Greek dishes, a more adventurous moussaka. 

Southdown lambs are bred purely for their meat and graze particularly well on the chalk ground of the South Downs. Goodwood have previously won Gold Stars in the Great Taste Awards for their leg of lamb and shoulder of lamb.

Goodwood's pedigree Southdown sheep are successfully shown nationally by their award winning shepherd, Nick Page, continuing a tradition long held by the Dukes of Richmond, who have been patrons of the Southdown Sheep Society for generations.
