Goodwood Organic Beef Sirloin Steak (250g)

The sirloin steak comes from the beautiful deep-red Sussex cattle and is one of the more beefy flavoured steak cuts. Gently marbled it is a perfect steak for frying and grilling. It should be cooked in a hot pan to keep the juices locked in and then rested properly to ensure the meat remains deliciously tender. Sirloin is a great cut to serve with sauces such as béarnaise or peppercorn.
