Nelly's Pure Pork Sausage Roll

Description

Sausage meat mixed by Nelly's Farm with a hint of warm nutmeg and sage, wrapped in lavish all-butter flaky pastry with pure sea salt.

Serve with

Pickled onions/piccalilli/gherkins or Kimchi or as an accompaniment to a Ploughman's lunch or Caesar salad.

Re-heating instructions from chilled: Remove outer packaging, place in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 180°. Cook for 20-25 minutes or until piping hot through to the centre.

Filling: British pork (37.8%); Fresh breadcrumbs (*WHEATFLOUR); Onions, Free range EGG, Nutmeg, Dried sage, Salt, Pepper. Pastry (43.7%): *WHEATFLOUR flour, Butter (from MILK), Water, Sea salt (No anti-caking agent).

The processing aid commonly used in commercial pastry production, E920 (the derivative of animal hair and feathers) which legally need not be disclosed, is NOT present in this product!
