Nelly's Fabulous Scotch Egg

Description

Nelly's first Scotch Egg was christened Fabulous there and then on the farm! British outdoor reared pork mince wrapped around a boiled egg for your quintessentially traditional scotch egg. Subtle ginger, nutmeg and mace flavours paired with sage.

Serve with

Cheddar cheese/ onion or beetroot chutney / peppery watercress or as an accompaniment to a fabulous Ploughman's lunch!

Ingredients

British pork (45%); Free range boiled EGG (27.6%); Dried breadcrumbs (*WHEATFLOUR); Water; Salt; Pepper; Dried Sage; Ground ginger, nutmeg and mace; Free Range beatenEGG; Flour (*WHEATFLOUR). Cooked in Rapeseed oil.
