Mixed Vegetable Box

We collect our vegetables fresh from the market, and pack them into boxes fresh every day.

This veg box provides lots of fresh veg for a family of four.

A current typical box would include:

• 1kg of Washed White Potatoes 
• 1kg of Large Sweet Potatoes 
• Bunched Carrots
• Bunched Spinach 
• 2 x Onions (brown/red)
• 1 x Cauliflower
• 300g of Broccoli 
• 3 x Courgettes
• Bunched Asparagus 
• 2 x peppers (Red/Yellow) 

Occasionally we vary onion and pepper colours.
